Measure complete outcomes that have been realized, not fame: M sets magnitude, a allocates responsibility, and scripts replay the calculation uniformly.

Explains the person-level assessment steps currently presented to the public; the old filename is retained only for tracing the historical source.

What is evaluated

The current point-score scope is limited to migrated outcome ledgers. First identify complete outcomes that can be stated independently, then evaluate their magnitude M; occupation, fame, title, era, and cultural sphere are not multipliers. Unmigrated people retain ordinary introductions without legacy scores.

Six pools and outcome identity

The six pools—survival and health, cognitive truth, productive capability, cooperative governance, civilizational safety, and cultural meaning—serve recall and classification; they do not automatically create six units of light. One terminal outcome receives one global outcome identity; only genuinely distinct outcomes may be accumulated. The intellectual, ethical, aesthetic, personal, and educational value of thought, education, and art may stand directly, without requiring a further technological product, invented medium, or randomized-control gate.

Magnitude and attribution

A complete outcome first becomes light through Q=10^(M/2)-1; a global budget summing to 1 then allocates L=aQ among people, teams, prior work, institutions, and unresolved portions. A person's point score is S=2log10(1+ΣL). M evaluates the whole outcome and a allocates responsibility; collaboration cannot be discounted in both places. A shared outcome produces one Q only.

Review and publication

Facts, M, a, precursor consumption, and work-family grouping each state their reasons and gaps. Sparse material does not mean little credit; a provisional estimate still provides its current point estimate and conditions for revision. The research edition may be published for scrutiny, but that does not make it certified or its ordering stable; independent M6/M7 disagreement and consumption sensitivity remain visible.
