HCF Civilizational Contribution Force · Theory Guide

Current narrative layerGuideCurrentEditorial summary

Why a complete outcome first becomes light, why shared contribution is allocated from one budget, and how the six pools prevent omissions and duplication.

Preserves the early white paper’s explanation of six kinds of value; for actual scoring, consult the current person-level assessment rules.

HCF is not trying to answer “who is more famous,” but “what a complete outcome added to civilization, and how much responsibility for it belongs to this person.” The six pools help recall value in survival, knowledge, capability, cooperation, safety, and cultural meaning; they are not sixfold addition, and one terminal outcome has one outcome identity.

The current formula first evaluates a complete outcome with M and converts it into light Q, then allocates it through the global budget a, and finally accumulates personal light into S. Fame, era, and cultural sphere are not multipliers; the intrinsic value of thought, education, and art need not pass through technological products, invented media, or randomized trials. The common scale still contains editorial judgment, so points, reasons, gaps, and sensitivities are published together.
